EU & UK: 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused items with the seal intact. Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping: customer responsibility (use a trackable service).
Free shipping threshold: if returned items reduce the order below the free-shipping minimum, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Outside EU & UK: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened/unused items; refunds may have deductions (outbound shipping + restocking/pick & pack of approx. US$20–$25).
Cancellations: we can attempt cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order (full refund if successful).
Order changes: not guaranteed once processing has started.
Defective or incorrect items: contact support with photos/video; once verified, we provide a replacement of the same product.

"Pretty good, the handsfree around your neck is most what ive used and it definitely has its benefits. Still working on perfecting it tho. "The strap seemed like a great idea. Frustrating slippage and Velcro irritation. The phone holder is brilliant. How about underwear with a padded circle attachment around the wang that comfortably holds the keon."
