Kiiroo Limited Warranty
Kiiroo provides a limited warranty on eligible products purchased directly from kiiroo.com. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Warranty duration
- Electronic devices: 1-year warranty from the original purchase date
- Feel by Kiiroo strokers: 60-day warranty from the original purchase date
The warranty period begins on the date the original order was placed.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects that arise from:
- Manufacturing or production faults
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues that affect the product’s intended functionality under normal use
Products covered
- All Kiiroo electronic devices (1-year warranty)
- Feel by Kiiroo Strokers (60-day warranty)
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage such as scratches or scuffs)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage/handling, or failure to follow instructions
- Damage resulting from modifications, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs/servicing
- Consumable or accessory items, including:
- Keon accessories
- Replacement sleeves
- Lubricants and after-care products
- Cables, chargers, and similar accessories
How to make a warranty claim

Provide required information
- Original order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect (required)

Verification
We may request additional information or, in some cases, require the product to be returned for inspection.
Resolution
- If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion
- Replacement products are provided free of charge
- The replacement item continues under the original warranty period (the warranty does not reset)
Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
Shipping & returns under warranty
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs when returning a product for inspection
- Kiiroo covers the shipping cost for sending replacement products approved under warranty
Warranty eligibility & transferability
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- The warranty is non-transferable
- Proof of purchase may be required to validate any claim
- Products purchased second-hand or via unauthorized resellers / third-party marketplaces (including Amazon or eBay resellers) are not eligible for warranty coverage through Kiiroo

- Due to the intimate and personal nature of Kiiroo products, we do not offer satisfaction guarantees
- If pain, irritation, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately
- Do not use the device on swollen, inflamed, or otherwise affected areas

Kiiroo reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
