Shipping policy

Handling time: up to 24 hours before dispatch.
Dispatch days:
- USA: Monday–Saturday
- All other regions: Monday–Friday
Estimated delivery (after dispatch):
- USA: 1–3 business days
- Canada: 1–3 business days
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- Europe (EU): 2–5 business days
- UK / Norway / Switzerland / Iceland: 3–7 business days
Tracking: sent by email after shipment (may take 24–48 hours to update).
Discreet packaging: shipped in a plain box. For international orders, legally required customs paperwork may be attached externally and can include item details and value.
UK orders: shipped from Europe and may be subject to import VAT and a small courier handling fee on delivery (not collected at checkout).

EU & UK: 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused items with the seal intact. Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping: customer responsibility (use a trackable service).
Free shipping threshold: if returned items reduce the order below the free-shipping minimum, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Outside EU & UK: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened/unused items; refunds may have deductions (outbound shipping + restocking/pick & pack of approx. US$20–$25).
Cancellations: we can attempt cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order (full refund if successful).
Order changes: not guaranteed once processing has started.
Defective or incorrect items: contact support with photos/video; once verified, we provide a replacement of the same product.
