Keon 2 Pre-Order — Shipping & Cancellation Policy


Everything you need to know about how your Keon 2 pre-order works, when it ships, and what your options are.

Keon 2 is a pre-order product. Production is underway. First units ship mid-July 2026 (Priority shipping) or September 2026 (Standard shipping), depending on the method you chose at checkout. These timelines are outlined below in full.

Shipping timelines

Keon 2 dispatch dates

Keon 2 is produced in limited quantities in the first production run. Your dispatch date depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout:

  • Priority shipping
    Mid-July 2026
    First units dispatched. Allocated on a first-ordered, first-shipped basis within this group.
  • Standard shipping
    September 2026
    Remaining units dispatched from the first production run.

If your expected dispatch date changes for any reason, we will notify you by email immediately and give you the option to cancel for a full refund — no questions asked.

Mixed orders

If your order contains other Kiiroo products that are currently in stock (such as other devices or strokers), these will be dispatched immediately — you do not need to wait for Keon 2.

If your order contains only Keon 2 with accessories, lubricants, or aftercare products, all items will be held and dispatched together with your Keon 2 in July or September, depending on your chosen shipping method.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

  • USA: 2–4 business days
  • Canada: 2–5 business days
  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • Europe (EU): 2–5 business days
  • UK / Norway / Switzerland / Iceland: 3–7 business days

Handling time before dispatch: up to 24 hours. Tracking is sent by email after shipment and may take 24–48 hours to update.

Dispatch days

  • USA: Monday–Saturday
  • All other regions: Monday–Friday

Packaging

All orders are shipped in a plain, discreet box. For international orders, legally required customs paperwork may be attached externally and can include item details and value.

UK orders: Shipped from Europe. May be subject to import duties and a small courier handling fee on delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout.

Cancellation policy

24-hour grace period

Changed your mind right after ordering? You can cancel your Keon 2 pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Email info@kiiroo.com with your order number.

After 24 hours — during production

Once the 24-hour window has passed, your unit enters the production queue. We are unable to cancel individual orders during an active production run — your device is being manufactured as part of a finite first-run allocation.

We recommend waiting to receive your Keon 2. If you are unsatisfied for any reason once it arrives, you can return it under the return policy below.

Exception: If we notify you of a shipping delay beyond the dates stated above, you will always have the right to cancel for a full refund at that point, regardless of production status.

Return policy

Once you receive your Keon 2, you may return it in accordance with the terms below and your statutory rights.

How to return

  1. Email info@kiiroo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Return the device in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Lubricants, aftercare products, or devices that have been opened
  • Accessories or sleeves that have been used
  • Any item not in its original condition

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies in any region.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method:

  • KIIROO processes approved refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
