Shipping & Delivery

This page explains where we ship from, how long delivery takes, dispatch days, handling time, and how taxes or import charges work, so you know exactly what to expect before placing an order.


2026 Shipping Update – United States tariffs

Important update for US customers

Following the recently announced tariff increases by the United States government, we want to reassure our US customers that Kiiroo has decided not to pass these additional costs on to you.

  • No changes to product pricing
  • No surprise fees at checkout

Your experience and satisfaction remain our priority, and we are committed to keeping pricing transparent, fair, and consistent.


Handling time

  • Order handling time: up to 24 hours
  • Handling time is the time required to process and prepare your order before dispatch.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Delivery times & dispatch days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, public holidays, or due to customs processing.


Pre-order items

If your order contains a pre-order product, shipment of in-stock items may be delayed until the pre-order item is ready to ship.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders:

  • One for pre-order items
  • One for in-stock items

Taxes, duties & import charges

European Union (EU)

  • Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties
  • VAT is charged at checkout according to your country’s rate

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the UK are sent from our European warehouse.

  • UK orders may be subject to import VAT and a small courier handling fee upon delivery
  • These charges are set by UK customs and the courier
  • We do not collect UK import charges at checkout

United States, Canada & Australia

  • Orders shipped within the United States, Canada or Australia are not subject to customs duties
  • No additional import fees are charged upon delivery

Other countries

Orders shipped outside of the EU, the United States, Canada and Australia may be subject to import taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties, or courier handling fees. Any such charges are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are outside our control.


Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours
  • In some cases, it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details

If tracking does not update after this period, please contact us and we will assist you.


Discreet packaging

  • All orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box
  • No product descriptions are visible on the outside
  • International shipments: customs regulations may require a commercial invoice or customs declaration to be attached to the outside of the package. This document may include product descriptions and order values and is legally required by customs authorities. We have no control over this requirement.

We currently ship to: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao SAR, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.


Changing your shipping address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


P.O. Boxes & parcel lockers

  • United States: P.O. Box delivery is supported
  • All other countries: P.O. Boxes and parcel locker deliveries are not available

Order changes or cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing or has shipped.


Returned or refused shipments

If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility without an RMA number:

  • The product value will be refunded upon receipt
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund

Delivery issues & investigations

Customers must notify us of non-delivery or missing shipments within 30 days of the last tracking scan.

After this period, carriers may refuse investigations, and we may be unable to provide a replacement or refund due to lack of verification.
