Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- EU & UK: 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused items with the seal intact. Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

- Free shipping threshold: if returned items reduce the order below the free-shipping minimum, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
