For your protection, we suggest all returns should be sent via a traceable carrier.
All items that are unopened and unused can be returned for product value. We will NOT accept opened or used items for return.
If you want to cancel the order you need to contact us via e-mail (email@example.com) or Livechat within 14 days after the date of purchase. After contacting us, you have 7 more days to ship the product back to us. Please remember that we will only issue a refund if the item is unopened.
You are 100% responsible for the shipping costs in the event that your device needs to be returned.
If you opened the item but it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures to verify the defect or the incorrect item. Once the pictures verify it is a defect or an incorrect item we will send a replacement at our expense.
If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please contact us to arrange a return. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item as long as it is unopened or unused.
