Step 1: File a claim online at customers.extend.com or give us a call at 877-248-7707. Get approved quickly.
Step 2: Send back the broken product.
Step 3: Your repaired product will be sent back in no time! We may replace it if it can’t be repaired.
This plan provides coverage for accidental damage from handling (ADH), such as drops and liquid spills. Our ADH plans are in effect from day one, and even extend your mechanical and electrical coverage after your manufacturer’s warranty expires.
You return your product, the merchant returns the money you paid for the protection plan. It’s a no-brainer. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend will issue a pro-rated refund.
When filing a claim with Extend, you will simply need to provide either your contract ID, email address, or other identifying piece of information.
