The ‘Squeeze’ Technique is generally only recommended for the most severe of cases, as it is a long-term technique which heavily relies on partner participation and dedication.

Typically performed during a hand job, in this technique, the man’s partner squeezes the man’s penis in the area between the shaft and the glans for about 20-30 seconds just before they’re about to reach ejaculation. This is done at the point between the thumb (with the thumb on the frenulum) and the forefinger (which is positioned on the opposite side of the penis) and must be performed at least 4-5 times per session until you feel confident to try less squeezes.
